Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Last updated: March 23, 2026
We do not sell your personal information.
Riem.ai has never sold personal information and has no plans to do so. This applies to all users of our Service, including both our customers (recruiters and hiring managers) and the developers whose public profiles appear in search results.
Your Rights Under the CCPA
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information. Since we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of.
However, the CCPA also provides California residents with additional rights:
- Right to know: You can request information about what personal data we collect and how we use it.
- Right to delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
What We Do With Your Data
We only use your data to provide and improve the Service:
- Your account information is used to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
- Your search queries are processed to deliver candidate results.
- Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We share data with service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, etc.) only as necessary to operate the Service, not for their own marketing or commercial purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
For Developers in Our Search Results
